Roque Quadros is a seasoned expert in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and event management, bringing over 30 years of experience in delivering exceptional events worldwide. As the Founder and Director of ROCKYS Entertainment & Event Management, he has successfully managed over 6,000 events, serving a diverse clientele from corporate giants to luxury brands.
Renowned for an innovative approach and attention to detail, Roque specializes in creating cost-effective, bespoke event solutions. Backed by a network of over 2,000 entertainers, vendors, and artists—including Bollywood talent—his events stand out for their creativity, quality, and impact.

The journey began in Bombay’s travel industry during the 1980s, progressing to corporate travel and event logistics in Dubai. In 1997, Roque founded his first event management firm, offering expertise in corporate events, product launches, and destination promotions. Today, he continues to transform client visions into reality with a unique blend of experience, passion, and creativity.
